Hello, and welcome to the CCT Health Network.  The CCT group is comprised of Carroll, Columbiana and Tuscarawas County Health Departments and is your online resource for connecting the people of North-East Central Ohio to public health information and services in the local area.  This network caters to both the general public and to healthcare professionals by providing a wide variety of information on current health topics.
